- Smoke detectors & sprinkler system in each suite, fire alarm system is monitored 24 hours per day
- Controlled-access entries with “Key fob” entry system and video monitoring at every entrance
- Personal medical emergency response pendant available. A system that has special features to assist the responders when they are called
- The Elim Lodge Caretakers clean and sanitize the public areas.
- Hand sanitizing stations are located at main entries
Underground Parking
- Elim Lodge has 83 heated indoor parking spaces, a car wash and 39 electrified outdoor parking spaces.
Many Amenity Spaces
- Residents are able to reserve public rooms such as the Auditorium, the Phase 1 Lounge, and the Phase 2 Deck (with BBQs) for private functions.
Woodworking Shop
- A well-equipped workshop is a haven for woodworkers and do it yourselfers.
Nutritious Meals
- The Elim Lodge Dining Room located on the first floor for easy access. Evening meals are available for purchase by all residents through the office.
- The menu is varied and meals are healthy, flavourful and balanced.
Library
- Our Library is stocked with a good selection of donated reading material and books provided by Saskatoon Public Library. Grab a book, relax, and enjoy the comfortable surroundings.
Auditorium
- Our Auditorium can seat up to 120 people comfortably, contains a full kitchen with dishwasher as well as a stage area for presentations & family events. It is the hub of activity for residents’ social events.
