Elim Lodge Inc is seeking a qualified individual to fill a senior leadership position.


Purpose: The Executive Manager serves the senior leadership/management team and contributes to the overall leadership of the Corporation.


Position: The role of the Executive Manager fulfils three major functions. 1. Serving on the Management Team along with the CEO, Business Manager and Facilities Manager to direct the day-to-day operation of the corporation. 2. Serving as the Site Manager of the Elim Lodge facility, overseeing staff and ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operation of the facility which houses 215 seniors. 3. Ensuring and facilitating employee access to human resources.


Qualifications: The ideal candidate possesses human resources certification coupled with significant experience in personnel management in senior housing or a related field. A track record of positive team leadership and healthy organizational growth is an asset.
